Overview
Profound Decisions is a professional live roleplaying company dedicated to producing high quality events. However the majority of crew that you encounter at an event are volunteers who have freely given up their time to make the event more enjoyable for everyone. We require our players to be civil towards all members of the volunteer crew at all times.
If you have a problem that needs resolving, then one of our volunteers will usually be able to help. If you need help getting something resolved then our volunteer team are there to help you. If you have unhappy and wish to make a complaint, then you need to speak to an appropriate member of the Profound Decisions management team.
