Overview
The Strategos of Navarr was established by a vote of the Senate during the Autumn Equinox 385YE. There are ten strategos in total - one for each of the Imperial nations. The Navarr strategos, unlike the others, has additional responsibilities - they are also the custodian of the Awstin's Rest Wayhouse in Ossium.
As a Navarr wayhouse, Awstin's Rest supports Navarr living in Ossium. This means that the civil service can find Navarr characters a new resource in the territory for the normal cost; such resources do not suffer the usual problems with being established in a different nation; Navarr living here gain all the regular benefits provided by great works; and they can participate in the election of a specific Navarr senator.
