The civil service note that neither Hercynia nor Bregasland are recognized as Imperial armies or military opportunities, therefore the instruction to apply the Guerdon to these armies/opportunities has been ignored.
- The Quartermaster General of the Imperial Armies announced that the Guerdon would be applied to the following for the coming season: Bregasland, Hercynia, and the armies of the Strong Reeds, Bloodcloaks, Summer Storm and Wolves of war. Wains gained in battle are on Strong Reeds for resupply
