Judgement: Loyalty is displayed not by words or deeds alone, but by the unity of both. The Faraden have asked for us to join them in preaching to their citizens, we must rise to the occasion and in Loyalty we will help build them up and stand strong. We must take action and work together in resisting the deplorable influence of Asavea. The chains of Loyalty reach across borders and together we will show the Plenum just how strong those chains truly are.

We must bolster our cousins who have found - or are ready to find - True Virtue in Faraden as they face the insidious lies of Asavean heretics. Every soul set upon the Paths of Virtue is our victory!

Judgement: Kaisa Denmother, thane of the Fellowship of the Broken Willows should have her name added to the Chronicle of Heroes. She earned her name, taking in many wanderers from all traditions, even nations, and gave them a home. Ambition thrives in the pursuit of the betterment of oneself, and Denmother selflessly extends that through the encouragement and betterment of others. When the Oathwright reported lies about Helgunn Chargebringer, Denmother wasted no time in seeking council from the Stormscrows. She acted with wisdom before taking ambitious action to call on the Wolves of the Pale Raven. Those cold words could not compromise her conviction. Denmother's perseverance through hardship is like no other. Despite losing multiple hallmates in one battle, her strength bore her through the pain of loss. As a thane and grminir, keeping a strong heart is just as important as any warrior's victory. She is a true hero and inspiration to all!

As a commander with two years experience, he should have damn well read the scrying reports that are ON THE BOARD IN THE MILITARY COUNCIL TENT for fuck's sake, instead of listening to hearsay and rumour from Zoran Orzel about the strength and location of the Druj armies. I believe this colossal failure of Vigilance poses a continuing threat to our war readiness, and I call for his revocation, as I will for any Imperial General who can't walk six feet to do their bloody homework before they put their orders in.

During the Winter Summit of 387 - Frater Pontius provided clemency defenses to many of the Imperial Captains who had pledged their soldiers to the illegal orders General Archavion in the Barrens. It is my understanding that none of the clemency defenses were successful in sparing the lives of the accused. Since none of these virtue arguments appeared to be compelling and all were ultimately condemned to death. I thereby call Pontius of the Emberclad to inquisition to examine his reasoning and motivation in offering and delivering his defense of the guilty in this case. Judgement - Penance: Half the responsibility of the Shadowed Torchbearer is "to serve as a go-between for (Janon) and the Conclave as they need it.". The Regalia of the Torchbearer includes no means to send messages to Janon - though such boons are known to exist. Vanja Oddsbreaker was involved in negotiating the creation of this office before being elected to it - and so has put herself in the impossible position of being a go-between without the means to convey messages from Conclave to Janon unless Janon opts to send Heralds, which it often does not. For this lapse of Vigilance, I suggest this penance: that Vanja seek the means to amend the Regalia of the office, that it may include such boons as require to actually perform the role of go-between. Sam Wych refused to take this case of false virtue seriously because it was their friend involved, and encouraged and abetted their behaviour. Be aware to all dangers, within and without.

His sources for her supposed crimes - the apostate general Archavion and Pickers Goldleaf, a self-proclaimed traitor. In truth these leave something to be desired before witness he swore foolish oath to assess his own thoughts and words and the truth and before Empire with as much aplomb and as much show as he did accuse proclaim his errors, untruths, and mistakes. We set the Kestov the penance to build their fellow Varushkans up and they will be built up in return, share all that is worthwhile and more may be shared with them. Water flows, the wheel turns, and we will build Ossium together, an Ossium where they will never need to turn to the Druj as their ancestors did

Percival does know the value of an oath, and the weight it carries. Judgement: We recognise Alberto Acciai, Martyr of Marilen, as an Exemplar of Loyalty, with the following signs: Benevolence: Inspired by his cousin Amika, Alberto led a rebellion of slaves in the mines surrounding Marilen. Alberto was a vintner, and freed these slaves solely in pursuit of Virtue rather than riches. Inspiration: After the rebellion, Alberto led the liberated miners to the city of Marilen, where they took over the city and slew its rulers, resolving to destroy the two coming armies of the Plenum in Virtue. Salvation: In freeing these slaves, Albero was able to teach them and the people of Marilen the Way of Virtue and the use of liao, spreading our shared faith across the oppressed of the Archipelago. Legacy: Based on correspondence with Rafael Barossa d'Apulian, we know that Alberto could have fled. Instead, out of Loyalty to those he had freed, he gave his life to ignite Virtue across Asavea.

Judgement: We recognise Eleanor Novarion, the Lady of the Proffered Hand, as an Exemplar of Pride. Once a slave, she dedicated her life following her freedom and recovery to helping others who had suffered the same, demonstrating her Benevolence. Her work served as Inspiration to others, resulting in the creation of the Proffered Hand Network across the Empire. She was pivotal in securing the Salvation of the Free Folk of Asavea, reconciling their beliefs with the Way, an event marked by a miraculous aura of Pride. In her final months, she undertook Pilgrimage to Bastion, where she summarised her life with these words, a lesson to be shared across the Empire: "The greatest threat to Pride is shame. The greatest weapon against shame is Compassion."

With ambition to lead the soldiers of the Empire to great victories, Gabrieli has proved themselves a true rival to the most successful League General of recent years, Gabriel Barossa. It is the nature of the League that all that we do is a competition, and with Gabrieli making a name for themselves across the Empire as the League Strategos, how much longer will people remember Gabriel before they start crediting his work as theirs? In challenging for the General of the Towerjacks at the last festival, Gabrielle made clear their ambition. They were only stopped by Gabriel securing his legacy and coming out of retirement.
